HIDDEN HILLS ELEMENTARY

Greeting Hidden Hills Families,

 

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year.  My name is Mrs. Godbout, the proud principal of Hidden Hills Elementary.  I would like to welcome all of our new families and welcome back all of our returning families.  I look forward to working together to proviede our scholars the education they deserve.   

 

It is our mission at Hidden Hills Elementary to ensure that all students learn at grade level or higher.  We strive to become highly respected in our community for the academic achievements of our students.  We don't just say all students can learn, we BELIEVE all students can learn.  

 

It is important to us that our students feel welcomed, cared for, and part of a community.  Our golas is to be proactice instead of reactive.  We have a new student lunch, lunch bunch, small group counseling, one-on one counseling, Kindness Crew, Bully Prevention month, Kindness Week, Mindful Mornings, Second Step lessons, just to name a few.  We have implemented PBIS (Postive Behavior Intervention and Support) to help support our goal of having a welcoming school environment.  

 

Our students also enjoy a STEAM Lab where they have opportunities to explore areas of interest and solve problems. It has a green screen for students to videotape what they have created to make presentations, robots, and iPads.  Capistrano Unified provides a one-to-one chromebook for students in all grades.  

 

I am excited to see what this year brings.  Together, I know we can accomplish anything and provide the best possible education for our students.
